Your personal data will be processed exclusively by the personnel of this Notary Public’s Office for the purpose of preparing the notarial instruments you request.
Your personal data will not be shared with third parties, except when necessary to comply with legal obligations before competent authorities, such as public registries, tax authorities, or judicial authorities, among others.

Please note that once your personal data has been incorporated into a notarial instrument, these rights cannot be exercised with respect to the content of such instrument, but only in relation to the retention of your personal data in the Notary Public’s internal database.
